Every product supplied by PFMC LTD is covered by this guarantee and conform to manufacturing specifications being free from defects in materials and craftsmanship at the time of installation and shipment.

PFMC LTD Franking solutions are specifically designed to suit the needs of your franking machine and we guarantee our products will give you 100% satisfaction. If you are not satisfied, we will replace the product FREE OF CHARGE and we guarantee to replace your Pitney Bowes, Neopost, Frama or Francotyp Postalia product up to 12 months after the purchase date.

PFMC LTD products are of the best quality and are tested and inspected frequently, but should your PFMC LTD product prove in any way to be substandard, do not hesitate to return to us for a Free of Charge replacement or a full refund.

Using PFMC LTD compatible franking ink cartridges and franking labels will not void your service agreement. Our Franking consumables are Royal Mail Approved and to void the warranty because you have used a fully functional, quality, Royal Mail approved product, is illegal.
